Alyson Watson is the founder and CEO of Modern Health. Dr. Neha Chaudhary

Chief Medical Officer, Modern Health
Dr. Chaudhary is Chief Medical Officer at Modern Health and a double board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist on faculty at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Dr. Chaudhary is also cofounder of Brainstorm, Stanford's Lab for Mental Health Innovation.

Dr. Jessica Watrous

Director, Clinical Research and Scientific Affairs, Modern Health
Dr. Jessica Watrous is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the Director of Clinical and Scientific Affairs at Modern Health. As a health psychologist, her work has been primarily focused on the intersection between mental and physical health. She came to Modern Health after many years in more traditional healthcare and research settings including UC San Diego, the San Diego VA Healthcare System, and the Naval Health Research Center.

Dr. Mary Odafe

Clinical and Scientific Affairs Liaison, Modern Health
Dr. Mary Odafe is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Clinical & Scientific Affairs Liaison at Modern Health. Dr. Mary earned her PhD from the University of Houston, where her clinical, research, and teaching initiatives centered on understanding cultural factors impacting mental and physical health for marginalized populations. A published researcher and digital health strategist, Dr. Mary leverages her clinical expertise to promote workplace well-being, in service of making quality mental health services accessible to all.
